Blue Moon Studio – Custom-Made Orders Policy

At Blue Moon Studio, we love bringing your visions to life! Every custom order is a one-of-a-kind creation, made with care, love, and attention to detail. Please take a moment to review our custom-made order policies so we can make your experience as smooth and magical as possible.


1. Production & Lead Time

All custom orders are made-to-order. Please allow 2–4 weeks for production, depending on the complexity of your request. Some projects may take longer, especially during busy seasons, but we will always keep you updated along the way.


2. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Custom orders cannot be changed once production has begun.

  • Cancellations:

    • Full refund if canceled before production starts

    • Partial refund or store credit if canceled after production has started

    • No refund once the item is completed and shipped


3. Payment & Deposits

A 50% deposit is required to begin work on all custom orders. The remaining balance is due before shipment. This ensures we can dedicate the time and materials needed to make your item perfect.


4. Shipping & Handling

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Please allow 2–5 business days for delivery once your item is complete.

  • Expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee—just ask!


5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of custom items:

  • All custom orders are non-refundable.

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement.


6. Visual References & Approval

For items like sewing, woodworking, or other personalized creations, we may provide sketches, mock-ups, or fabric swatches for approval before production begins. This ensures your vision comes to life exactly how you imagined it.


7. Communication

We aim to respond to custom order inquiries within 24–48 hours. Open communication is key—we love collaborating with you to make something truly special!


8. Legal Disclaimer

By placing a custom order, you agree to these policies. Blue Moon Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, natural disasters, or unforeseen supply shortages.

 

 

Blue Moon Studio – Store Credit Policy (Non-Custom Items)

At Blue Moon Studio, we want you to love what you purchase! For non-custom items, we offer store credit in certain situations to make returns and exchanges easy and fair.


Eligibility

  • Store credit is available only for non-custom, ready-to-ship items.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Skincare or personal care items (like tallow balm) must be unopened to qualify for store credit.


How to Request Store Credit

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  3. We will review your request and, once approved, issue store credit for the value of the item(s).


Non-Eligible Items

  • Custom-made items or personalized orders

  • Opened or used skincare/personal care products

  • Items returned after the 14-day window


How Store Credit Works

  • Store credit can be used toward any future purchase from Blue Moon Studio.

  • Store credit does not expire, unless otherwise stated at the time of issue.

  • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.


Shipping & Handling

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or shipped incorrectly.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
